Why I am here

I am Anna, most of my professional career has been dedicated to building products and teams at Miro, which I joined in 2011 as a part of a founding team and then turned to learn how to build digital and human experiences, meaning product and team.

The hardest and the most rewarding part of my work has always been connected with people, and over time my interest extended from human experiences at work to human experiences in general.

At Human Side Space I explore topics of friendships, communities, relations and all things human. As a student, not as a professor.

Sharing thoughts and notes is my way to learn and to spread the word about one of the most important and most beautiful side of the world — Human Side.

What to expect

Weekly thoughts and explorations on topics like:

  1. Friendships, with the focus on adult friendships: where we are, why we struggle and how to deal with that;

  2. Human side at work: teamwork, connection and organizational cultures built on trust (and sometimes not);

  3. Connections at large and Communities: what are the bigger units of people united by a common goal, interest, background and more, and how we find those where we belong;

  4. Connection with self: emotional universe and how self awareness is building the bridge to connection with others;

  5. Technology and the human side: what we see in the age of social media, AI and instant connectivity and productivity.
